24/7app is it just me

I have tried to use this Well first u take a pic then select category only comes up Trees no other categoryThen the ones that reported say no ready for public viewing Drives me insane We this guy who thinks the pavement is for is garden rubbish all four bags in green plastic clever he thinks the are ealing council but they  Not

They stopped using the old version of the app at the end of July. I was having problems using it, too. Download a new version and it works fine.
