Seeking Advice on Ealing Council

After many years of repeatedly requesting information from Escan (Ealing Services for Children with additional needs) about my disabled son who does not live with me, I decided to once again visit Carmelita House, Ealing to get answers. This is of course after trying to get information by emails, telephone calls repeatedly by to no joy. I have Parental Responsibility and there are no court orders etc against me. A meeting took place with service manager Chris Jones who dishonestly claimed several things, some of which are: 1. Not knowing why I was not receiving information about my son, being excluded from reviews (A review took place in January which I had no knowledge about and he initially wished to focus only on a previous one in August) 2. Stated he had no knowledge of the contact details of ALLTHECARE despite having access to case file on a laptop with him. 3. Had no idea of the new Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) contact detail and I can obtain them from reception. 4. Claimed had no idea who Lorraine Cox the head of Ealing’s Data Protection was – I’m having to repeatedly do Subject Access Requests (SAR) through them to obtain information about my child. – he was challenged upon this response and I replied Lorraine Cox had informed me she had been liaising with you repeatedly to which he looks up his emails and manages , to find an email from 8th June even though there was been repeated contact between both of them. 5. Said the councillor Taylor remit covered of Children Services 6. Stated there is no restriction upon their system or any other system to have information barred from me. 7. States to me that they are unable to record the countless court orders the mother of my child is breaking which are in place for the safeguarding of by children and me as they are not party to them 8. Claimed he had a meeting at 2:00 PM at Perceval House. Chris Jones is also a person who discontinued a Stage 2 Complaints after spending many days at the offices in Carmelita House going through the list of concerns which naturally included why their was know information being forthcoming to me and why I was being excluded. No explanation has to date been provided. From the  multiple SARs I have put in Chris Jones only wishes to focus on about 5 of them and claims he will email me by Friday.After the meetings I decided to go to reception as Chris Jones stated to receptionist Husna first states to me that I’m able to get the phone number from the internet of CNWL. I reminded her that she was a receptionist and employed to handle enquiries as such and can look up the information. She responded that she doesn’t have any contact details handed down to her as CNWL has just came into being 1st July (same day) I asked is there anyone from CNWL here in the building, her subsequent response was no, but someone else who was behind her states yes there is both of us we are employed by them (including Husna) CNWL are the ones who look after my son’s Physiotherapy etc (no information from them either) A Physiotherapist, Caroline who had seen my son yesterday (unknown to me he had an appointment) did briefly speak to me but when I asked when he next appointment was asked who I exactly was despite myself fully identifying myself and stating I have PR etc.  She said she would need to find out something first. So she went to speak to Chris Jones who is still in the building at 2:15 PM.I’m given a print out of Patient Support Service phone number despite requesting to see someone from the CNWL as they work in the same Carmelita House. Following this a person called Jala Camara a manager in ESCAN comes down are demands me to leave the building because I don’t have an appointment, this is followed by threats to call the police. I stated I am doing exactly what I’ve been told to do by Chris Jones. Jala kept repeating his aggressive threats in front of other service users and children who were in the waiting room, this is while I’m seated. I’m in between on phone calls to and from Patient Support Service and the end off the phone calls to be honest I am in tears, exhausted yet again for being given the run around still.Chris Jones reappears and demands me to leave as I didn’t have an appointment, I stated you told me to go to reception to find out the information about CNWL, shockingly his response is  “No I didn’t!” which he repeatedly claimed. To which I responded “yes you did” as you can imagine.I left the building but continued my phone calls to Ealing council, on the outside. Police had arrived who first went inside and then came to speak to me who were surprised that I was being barred from information forthcoming from ESCAN and CWNL and how Chris Jones had failed to make statutory obligations in referral to other council departments. The Police Officer (PC Hunt) who I had no problem with to be honest and since it involves my son will be creating a MERLIN and said by Friday Chris Jones will be emailing me and the following week there will be a meeting. I did state to PC Hunt that Chris Jones had failed to make mention of the information from CNWL (who are based in the same building).What is one supposed to do here? Complaints do not get back, previous complaint get discontinued, repeatedly staff of Ealing council and CWNL being dishonest and now wish to involve the police for me asking for information about my son. I have once again requested a SAR of the CCTV, and made recordings on my mobile phone for my own safeguarding. The additional part here is that my disabled son had an appointment in the building but was not in the sign in/ out sheet which worries me further if there was a fire etc how could they account for him. Have left a message for councillor Yvonne Johnson actual remit covers children services and waiting for her call. Any other advice someone may give?
