Oaks flats rumour

Just been told that all the flats in the Oaks have been bought by a housing association. Can anyone confirm or deny? It could just be fake news, but it does seem odd that there doesn't appear to be any marketing of the properties going on - no sales office, show flats or estate agents boards.

The Oaks site was bought by the housing association, L&Q, for £70m and developed with additional investment by a mysterious consortium of ARC, Reef and others. The apartments are now being marketed on a shared ownership basis, Google “Churchfield Quarter” for details. (Gotta love the estate agent branding!)
