My dog has been attacked again in Springfield Gardens

My dog is not the type to come when called so he is kept on the lead. Today the second time a Vizela dog called Lazlo has charged across the field in Springfield Gardens and attached my dog. I would have stayed away if I had spotted it. Another loose dog did the same thing yesterday. I would like to contact the owner of Lazlo to try and arrange a safe time for me to walk our dog.  I did once talk to him when I did not have my dog and he used to put Lazlo on the lead when he saw us, but other people are now walking Lazlo. Could someone pass on this message to them and ask them to contact me via this forum.
