Acton Library needs residents support - ActonArtsProject

Just signing up which is free will help make Ealing Council pay attention that the residents of Acton want something to happen to this empty building.... which isn't flats; that is a real danger of becoming private residential.Message from ActonActsProject...We really need to make the council understand that the people of Acton (and their friends) want a cinema and a community space on the High Road, somewhere that will be a proper destination that we can all be proud of.  Please tell your friends and family to sign up. You have to ask yourself WHY The Dear Leader and his Posse aren't 100% behind this excellent community project?Because it's Acton and not Ealing? Or Southall?I don't know why but yet again I am disgusted that good people have to fight tooth and nail for a community facility which by default should have the full support of any half decent Council - particularly a Lefty one!

Really hope more support. Great effort, will make a huge difference. Look at the Lexi and similar in other areas.
