Reliable taxi firm?

My elderly and disabled parents are visiting and we have been badly let down today by West London Cars.  We were left standing on the street for 20 minutes waiting for a taxi that never turned up.  I have heard good things about Acton Vale Cars, any experience?

I have used Vale Cars for a while now and they are super-reliable - always bang on time - they send you a text telling you what car to expect and that its on its way, have a nice standard of cars and drivers.  I recommend them - and I find their pricing competitive too.  http://www.vale-cars.com/

Angel cars are excellent. You can book online and track, like uber, or just phone them. Very good prices too.
