No they're not, they are wasting very serious money by way of gross mismanagement all over the place, and if you do read this Forum you would/should know that a huge number of people share my concerns.You have also neglected to read my posting, just below the one below this.  :-)"Sometimes LBE actually functions as it's supposed to."I have no problem however, you are perfectly entitled to your comments and opinions, it's all observation and debate."It's the Tory cuts!", as espoused by ole "Two Houses, Two Jobs, Secret Council Loan".

You are very busy on this Forum. Why are you so negative about our Council? It is doing it's best under seriously mean central government cuts to it's budget.
