New car
Anyone have recent experience of changing their residents parking permit to a new car easily, or is the only way to wait until I receive a reply to the email I sent to Ealing Council this morning? I can't even find where to log on to my permit account or whatever it's called. If I try to go to www.ealing.gov.uk/parking, all I get is 'this site can't be reached' and the sad robot face. Where is the login for parking permits??Likewise if I click on the 'you can check the expiry date of your permit online' link in the confirmation email sent when I renewed last June, I get another sad robot face.And there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone about this.Do I just take my new log-book - when it arrives - to Ealing Council in person? Or wait for someone to email me/call me back.
