I stumbled upon this boy racer event when I needed some flu medicine at midnight. I was very shocked to see a queue of modded cars waiting to access Park Royal leisure park in the bowling area car park. There were at least 150 cars with awfully loud exhausts which backfires to extreme levels. They were also letting off fireworks from the grounds of the carpark, little did they know the car park backed onto Princes Gardens with back gardens and properties. As I arrived, I reported every detail via the nextdoor app and twitter to all the neighbours concerned. 10 mins after my arrival, a police van and a fire engine raced on site. I couldn't believe my eyes, more than 100 boy racers exited the car park whilst backfiring their exhausts. Even more crazy is the fact that every car that passed me reeked of cannabis. The police were outnumbered and couldn't stop anyone. I followed some of the cars onto the A40 towards Northolt, all the drivers were young men in their early 20's, all driving very dangerously and weaving in and out of passing traffic. I've met a safer neighborhoods officer from East Acton and he's currently taking statements from residents concerned with these asbo racers. He has requested that you email him your concerns as he is in the process of applying for a community protection notice. This will allow the police officers to arrest offenders and seize their vehicles. The private land is owned by Car Giant and unfortunately, they do not want to install speed ramps. The CPN will be more effective in getting rid of these lowlifes.Contact info below;PC Abdullah Irfan 1746WADedicated Ward Officer East Acton, Metropolitan Police Service, West Area (WA)Acton Police StationAbdullah.irfan@met.police.uk

Hi @Yousef, Acton Central Police notified me a few weeks ago that they've been in touch with the land owner (Kendal Ave is private land unfortunately) to implement speed bumps all along the road. A month or 2 ago they said the same will be implemented in Mansfield Road but that hasn't happened. One night a few weeks ago, I actually drove past the individuals in Kendal Ave and then drove back down towards Alliance Road when 2 mopeds drove at me whilst doing wheelies. An hour later, a nearby resident also drove there and back but accidentally drove into a security barrier (outside Oxygen freejumping) due to the mopeds driving head on. A few moments later the police arrived after the moped rider complained that the resident tried to hit him. Pure lies! They're so manipulative and the police are somewhat powerless to stop them.In fact, what these asbo losers are doing is against the law because it's private land, the land owner hasn't given them permission to race on their land. A section 59 must be issued in this case, either 6 points on their licence or vehicles seized. As of yet, nothing has been done except verbal warnings (more than 10 times in fact).Next and final step is to get signatures of the all complainants and sue the council, police and the land owner for simply ignoring the community and allowing the lowlifes to carry on (it's been 3 years now!). If you'd like to help get this started, I can provide all the tech stuff (website, emails etc). Just calling 101 will not stop them, we need the empowerment of the community.
