The site of The Blend House on Churchfield Road is to re-open as 'Tea Darling' - in case anyone was fretting there weren't enough places to eat and drink on the Churchfield Road!

The Blend House was actually great as they had a fantastic play area downstairs that my little toddler grandson used to love. Nice and cool as well on the days where we practically baked! We were sad when it closed!

There was an item in the Times this morning about how Christchurch council won't give planning permission for any more cafés in the town centre as they reckon they're at saturation point.Some London councils could take note.
