It would probably only be the most junior staff who are made to go round and put leaflets through doors so ignoring 'junk mail' signs may be their little act of rebellion. They know they would be fired in the current market if they refused to do it and, as they would otherwise be sitting around in the office doing nothing in the current market, they know their bosses wouldn't hesitate. No idea why an agent with no office in Acton would bother leafleting here though.
