I think that article is somewhat misleading. By month, these are the figures, starting in July 2017 and ending June 2018:6, 2, 6, 8, 6, 6, 3, 4, 3, 2, 0 ,2If I sum this in four 3-month periods, it's 14, then 20, then 10, and finally "only" 4 in the last 3 months reported.I don't see how that can be represented as a yearly increase, let alone an increase of 43%.
