Black Pepper

The over use of black pepper in cafes and restaurants, do they know it makes people suffering with low blood pressure very ill, which happen to my friend after a visit to well know family restaurant.  Why don't they leave it on the tables instead of smothering all the food with it during cooking.

Yes it has been happening recently, they use it more every time we go, other places use it on the breakfast mostly.
