Hi Laura,Collections missing allover,another Council blunder?did you notice the sticker placed on the rubbish bin,maybe to weigh the bin and charge accordingly how nice we alkready pay far too much Community Charge already,what a bad situation prior to the Local Council Elections!!!!!regards John.
