I suppose everybody realises that none of the conditions imposed on the Developers will now be met. For example. No community space.

My goals as to what to look forward to are purely personal. As for The Oaks development, this sort of overkill is happenomg everywhere..but I suppose we all like to make money on the properties we've invested in, eh?

What the beastly OAKS?Its already huge and dominating and only five stories so far. The nine-storey tower will be an abomination - but we all knew that already.Still, jolly profitable for the nice developers and that's what matters, right?

Actually, as the new year has already started, I am looking forward to participate in volunteering program with my brother. Few days back, I came across this site http://www.mission-humanitaire-afrique.org/ of mission humanitaire where people attended a volunteering program in Benin for helping people in Africa, so my mind has diverted to explore something new in this new year and to work for humanity.
