I make a lovely(tho' I say it myself!) African chilli stew that I put peanut butter into. It's the only time I that stuff as I don't like it on toast or in any other way.As for avacados, I mash one up in a small bowl, add the juice of 1/4 lime or lemon, salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and put it on toast. It's nice like that, or even better eaten as breakfast with a poached egg on top and grilled tomatoes on the side. Bacon added is optional.
