HP pavillion windows 8 laptop upgraded to Windows 10

Can anyone help please, the email I was using when I first got this laptop is no longer in use, have not been able to find out how to change the email address to the one I use now, get so far then it states 'someone has tried to change this email address to many times today' and won't continue. It gives me this message every day and unable to use the laptop at all.  Or do you know of somewhere that can help with HP Pavillion. Thanks.

I can't help, but Acton computers (opposite the library) may well be able to.  I bought a second hand laptop from them a few months ago and was very impressed.
