Acton's Best Value Streets

Where to live in W3 of your budget is limited

An analysis of data from the Land Registry has revealed which are the best value roads in the Acton area.

Unfortunately there isn't a single street in the W3 area where the average price is under £100,000. Vardon Close is the cheapest road to live on in the area. There are a number of properties on the market in the area which is close to Acton Mainline station. The low prices are often reflective of the small unit size rather than the road itself being a relatively unattractive place to live.

Earlier in the year ActonW3.com published a list of the top twenty streets in the area in terms of property prices with Carbery Avenue top at an average price of £666,414 and three other streets averaging over half a million.

The latest numbers show that the average price of property in Acton is £293,070.

Over the longer term Acton's property prices have risen only 11.4% over a three year period but over five years the picture is more encouraging with prices up by 54.8%
