Notice of application for new premises licence

Notice is Given that Love of food Ltd T/a By Max has applied for a New Premise licence for:

Retail sale of alcohol on and off premises from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00

For the following premises:
Max Coffee Deli Wine, Unit A Bobbin house Friary Road W3 6GN
