Was being sought in connection with attempted murder
A man police wished to speak to in connection with an attempted murder has been arrested on Churchfield Road, Acton.
Police detained 24-year-old Brenton Reyes from Ealing this morning (18 August) and he is now being held at a north London police station.
Detectives in Brent had been appealing for help in tracing him in connection with an attempted murder outside a block of flats in Comstock Court, Atlip Road, Wembley in the earlier hours of Sunday, 16 August.
A 62-year-old man was stabbed in the hand and neck several times. His injuries are not life threatening and he remains in a stable condition.
