Sad Death of Cowper Road Resident

Police arouse suspicions of neighbours

Numbers of reports were received yesterday afternoon of numbers of police and tape cordoning off the entrance to some flats on Cowper Road.

According to unconfirmed information, an elderly person died in one of the flats.

It was originally thought that there were suspicious circumstances, hence the large numbers of police. But apparently the death is not, now, being treated as suspicious. Residents have no cause for alarm.

This is the only information available to us at this time.
