Local Guides to Run for Children's Charity

8th Acton Guides supporting Kith and Kids

Girls from the 8th Acton (St Peter's) Guides based at St Peter's Church, Southfield Road, are going to take part in the Adidas Women's 5k run to raise money for Kith & Kids a children's charity.

Kith & Kids’ aim is to empower families who have a son or daughter with a learning disability or autism (many also have a physical or sensory disability) to overcome their social exclusion.

Last year they raised almost £1300 for the charity
and they are looking for support from local people to help them exceed that total.
