Consultancy support available from Action Acton
Free Business Consultancy Support is on offer for local businesses.
Local businesses will be offered free advice sessions to help boost their sales and sort out any problems, Action Acton announced today. The regeneration charity is offering two hours of free business consultancy, worth five hundred pounds.
Mike Morris, Action Acton’s Business Development and Networking Officer says business consultancy is often needed by those people who don’t have the time to look at where their business is going and how to improve on what they’ve already got.
Mike says Action Acton’s Business Support programme can help sort out a wide range of problems in both large and small businesses. “Suppose an employer comes to me about a member of staff who has got poor time-keeping skills. We can advise them very clearly in two hours what they need to do.
"It’s also a great opportunity for business owners to clarify their ideas and come up with a clear plan of action to help their company profits grow."
He adds that the Support programme can tackle management issues, business structure and employment law. The free sessions can also help with other issues such as reducing environmental impact or coming up with a marketing strategy and price structure.
The consultancy team will work with individuals on specific problems, offering advice and solutions. The sessions are not limited to Acton-based businesses.
Companies from surrounding areas with an interest in Acton are also welcome to apply.
