Man Injured After Being Attacked By Gang Near The Vale


33 year old set upon in early hours by a gang and bottled

A man's been injured after being attacked by a group of men wielding a glass bottle.

Police were patrolling by car on Saturday 20th August at 0410am when they were flagged down by members of the public in The Vale, Acton.

They found a 33 year old man with head injuries lying on the floor.

He had been attacked by a gang of men and was hit over the head with a bottle - he received deep cuts to his head and his cheek.

He was taken by ambulance to Ealing Hospital. His injuries were not life threatening and has since been released from hospital.

A 20 year man was arrested near to the scene. He has since been bailed until the 7th October as police are carrying out further enquires.

Enquiries are continuing.
