New Jobs Created as Acton TV Studio Revitalised

Forty five jobs have been created after an entertainment company bought an old tv studio in Acton.

Lean Forward Ltd has taken over the 22,000sq-ft site in Acton Park Industrial Estate, The Vale, from administrators and has housed its new interactive gaming service, Win Cash Live, in one of the three purpose-built studios.

One of the two remaining studios has been sublet to another broadcaster.

Andy Hodgson, marketing director of Win Cash Live, said: “The complex offers studios, office and warehouse accommodation. It’s the perfect fit for our brand. There’s plenty of space and we can create television without the limitations or absurd costs of central London.

“It’s also a big boost to the local economy as we’ve created 45 jobs and we have room to grow as we expand our service over the next twelve months. All of us feel we are in a centre of creativity. There’s real buzz again about the place.”

Win Cash Live, which launched last month, is a blend of light entertainment and interactive gambling. It is now broadcasting live every day of the week from the west London site, across satellite, cable and online at wincashlive.com

The studios were originally purpose built more than 14 years ago by now defunct shopping channels Bid TV and Price-Drop TV before they got into financial trouble and were forced to close down.
