Van stolen on Carlisle Avenue
A delivery driver's been attacked in East Acton and had his van stolen.
Detectives from Ealing are appealing for witnesses to the robbery On Wednesday, 6 May around 14:20hrs.
The 57-year-old delivery driver was in his white Volkswagen Transporter van delivering a parcel to an address in Carlisle Avenue, Acton.
As he was standing at the rear of the van he was approached from behind and hit with an unknown object on his arm causing him to drop the van keys on the floor. He was then punched in the back and fell to the floor.
The keys were then been picked up by the suspect who drove off in the van. A second suspect jumped in the passenger seat and they drove off along Carlisle Avenue turning left onto The Fairway.
Suspect one has been described as a black man, around 20-25-years-old, 6ft tall, proportional build wearing a blue jacket.
Suspect two is described as a black male.
The van is a white Volkswagen Transporter van. Registration number DG63VTY
No arrests have been made.
